The manufacturing-oriented Hungarian economy moves towards becoming one that is inspired by innovation, research & development – said Péter Szíjjártó on the event of signing a strategic partnership agreement between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade and the National Association of Hungarian Pharmaceutical Manufacturers (Magyosz).
The minister added that the country’s economy greatly relies on its export and that in 2018, the Hungarian pharma industry’s export reached a new high, with a turnover of 5,3 billion euros - a national record so far.
